1.  The amount of the fee charged at the time of admission is not refundable.
2.  Fee is charged for full academic year irrespective of the date of admission.
3.  Monthly fee must be deposited in cash by the 10th of the month. Fee may be paid in advance for the whole year or a term.
4.  Annual charges have to be paid by the specified date failing which it shall be assumed that the child has been withdrawn from the institution.
5.  In case of late admission, fee from the beginning of the first term has to be paid.
6.  Late fee at the rate of Rs. 5/- per day with affect from 11th of the month and Rs. 15/-wef. 16th of the month will be charged till the end of the month. if the fee is not paid by the end of the month, the name of the defaulting students will be struck off the rolls. Re-admission sought thereafter, will be charged full admission fee.
7.  No concessions or reduction in fee is made on account of charge in academic session, broken period, holidays or absence from class for any reason.
8.  It is important to pay the fee for April/May/June before the school closes for summer vacation. As such fee for May and June is to be paid in May itself. Default of any reason will render the name of the student to be deleted from the attendence register of July when the school repens after summer vacation.
9.  Studentsof class X must be pay all the dues by January.
10.  Students whose fees fall into arrears are liable to be debarred from appearing in the terminal examination.

Note:
->  The gate will be closed at 8:30 a.m. the late comers would not be allowed to enter the school after the above notes time..
->  Parent must attend Parent/Teacher meeting as and when required /directed.
->  Regular attendance is mandatory in the school. Student attendance is less than 80% percent of the examination may be denied
