Online Admission Prospect – St. Mary’s English Medium School, Parswan, Amethi

At the commencement of every academic year, fresh admissions are open for Nursery, Class VI, and Class IX.
Admission to Classes VI and IX requires submission of the Mark Sheet and Transfer Certificate from the previously attended school.
Note: Date of birth once registered cannot be altered.

Admission Guidelines:

1. Admission is granted based on age, previous academic performance, and mental ability.

2. The Principal reserves the right to admit or refuse admission without stating any reason.

3. Applicants must bring their progress report from the last school attended.

4. A Transfer Certificate is mandatory for Class VI & IX admissions.

Admission Test & Interview Details:

• Nursery: Interview & Oral Test

• Class I to V: Written Test in English & Mathematics

• Class VI to IX: Written Test in English, Mathematics, & Science

The test will be conducted on a specified date communicated in advance.

Documents Required at the Time of Admission:

1. Filled Application Form

2. Marksheet of Previous Class (Original – Class VI & IX only)

3. Transfer Certificate (Original – Class VI & IX only)

4. Three Passport Size Photographs

5. Category Certificate (Original)

6. Two sets of photocopies of all required documents
